problem to pay a subscription of xbox game pass ultimate

Thats True, when i upgrade from Xbox Live Gold and Xbox game Pass to Xbox Game Pass ultimate the remaining credit in both subscriptions was converted to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and i didnt pay the subscription for 2 months since the change was made.

At the third month microsoft start to bill me the subscription of ultimate.

Check you subscription to make sure that you are subscribed to Xbox game pass ultimate.

You can only access PC games via game pass if you pay for a sperate subscription to PC game pass or you have Xbox game pass Ultimate.

Hello, regarding your question the game pass ultimate subscription is a subscription that does not include Xbox Live Gold and Game pass for PC only, but also Game pass for console and Ea Play. Therefore, in order for you to have access to all those subscription you will need to pay for the full subscription. depending on when it was set to renew, you may be able to pay the balance and then request a refund, or, if the past due subscription is for Live Gold and you wanted to take advantage of the deals on Game Pass,
Ultimate you can simply pay the outstanding balance and then upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate and any time left on your Live Gold will also be converted to Game Pass Ultimate

If you upgrade from Game Pass to Game Pass Ultimate, you don't really pay the difference. You still pay the full amount or price of the Ultimate while your remaining Game Pass subscription will be converted to Ultimate in pro-rated. In other words, they're merged as one.
