I have one problem my wife leave me since 2 months and she give my passeword to her new boyfriend but he delete all my friend xbox and i have 1 message error

bonjour il y a longtemps j’ai associé mon compte Xbox mon compte epic game, mais j’ai perdu les identifiants de ce compte. J’ai donc créer un nouveau compte Epic Games mais lorsque que je veux associer mon compte Xbox il me dit que ce compte est déj associer
un autre compte.

Comment faire ?

Here the note from Microsoft about this issue.

If you remove all your security info, there's a 30-day wait period during which we help protect sensitive parts of your account, so nobody can change your security settings or use your payment options. During this period,
new security info can't be added but you can still use your email, Skype, OneDrive, and devices as usual. After the 30 days, you'll be notified that the wait is over and it's time to enter new security info.
