    I have 6750 credits on my account and i can't access them, because the program said that my information are wrong, I updated them and still I can't convert my credits. Can you guys help me ?

    REWARDS ACCOUNT SHOWS I NEED TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT TO MAKE A DEPOSIT

    MY ACCOUNT NOW SHOWS UP AND STILL SAYS I NEED TO UPDATE IT TO MAKE A DEPOSIT, ALL OF MY INFORMATION IS CORRECT ON MY ACCOUNT. WHY WILL IT NOT LET ME MAKE A DEPOSIT?????? I HAVE 16,200 POINTS TO DEPOSIT AND I CANNOT. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???????????

    and other problem, i had no use any of these points and it showns a 1250 point deposit but i hae no funds ons my acc. i want then back plz

    Hello Gabriel,

    Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Rewards Account region and your Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change
    your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency. Since your Rewards Account is US and your Microsoft Account is Brazil,
    the deposit is failing.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (
    https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ) , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits
    that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account
    to your new one.

    Weekly rewards points won't issue right amount .rewards Customer Service won't help

    I'm so sorry for what you're going through. Yes, there are some reports of people having issues with Xbox Weekly Rewards not depositing the correct amount of points. Some of the issues that have been reported include:

    Points are not deposited at all
    The points deposited are incorrect
    Deposited points are lost
    Microsoft is investigating the issue and hopes to fix it soon.

    If you have this problem, you can try the following:

    Check your rewards history. Make sure the number of points you should have received is the same as the amount shown in your rewards history.

    Reset your console. This may be a drastic step, but it may fix the problem if it is a problem with the console.

    The problem does not affect all Xbox Live accounts, only US-based accounts are having this problem. I have recently deposited 500 MS points on my NZ account, and then just now, added 400 MS points on my US account via Zune software. I think its on Xbox Live's
    end thats the problem.
