Problem to download the game Fallout 3

Hello

We bought a XBOX ONE with the game FALLOUT 3 to be downloaded.

Having put the codes of download , the Xbox indicates to us that there is an error and that the codes is not valid.

We are in France an the code is good for France.

We phoned in the support XBOX, they can make nothing and told us to contact you for an idea.

DLC 360 on One

I have a fallout 3 problem myself. I have fallout 3 GOTY, my game disc does not read well on the one but the 360 it reads fine. the dlc disc of fallout 3 is fine and can read on the one.

Because I preordered fallout 4 I got fallout 3 game itself for download but no dlc with it so I put in the dlc disc and the console installed the dlc no problem. I run the game and check downloads and none of the dlc shows up at all not even when I load
the game but it's on my game manager as installed...

 

Fallout 3 code message expired before I could use it.

- I preordered Fallout 4

- recieved promo code for Fallout 3

- Was unable to download due to Fallout 4's release date

- message expired

- Now I'm sad

Problem: Message containing code expired.

 

What was the error code?

If the code is stated as being invalid, make sure that you've not misread some characters (eg, 1 and I, or B and 8 look very similar in those codes) - if you have, try again and hopefully it works.

Otherwise, for invalid codes it could be that they've not been activated yet and you would need to go back to the place from which you bought it.
