problem to connect with Onecast

Hello and sorry for my english,

I don't have used Onecast Mac for my Xbox one since 3 month and now I can't connect on it.

I have always the same message: Failed to find the Xbox one, If your Xbox One is not powered on, please manually turn it on and try again. Please also ensure that your Mac and Xbox One are connected to the same network.

I am connected with an Ethernet cable, I also try to put manually my IP adress and nothing..

I don't have screen to go to the setting of my xbox..

Please can you help me ?

your Xbox might need an update that could require user interaction to complete and when there is an update the Xbox will not be able to connect to online services until the Xbox is updated

you could try to find a screen to connect the Xbox and check if it needs to be updated

also check if the app on mac need to be updated

You can try onecast out it is a 12 dollar app

it problem by my is that i use a android device but it works only on ios

OMG IT WORKED!!! I DID SOMESTUFF WITH THE IP ADDRESS AND EVERYTHING AND MADE SURE IT WAS RUNNING AND I DID YALLS STUFF U TOLD ME TO DO AND IT WORKSSS OMG THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!

Hello!

I recommend you some steps bellow, please:

Remove or delete your profile and console from One Cast register.

After that, empty the cache of your console. You can do that holding the "stand by" button till the Xbox turn off. Then, unplug the energy cable from the console for some seconds.

Now, turn on your console, go to: settings > devices and streaming > console streaming and check the box "enable console streaming". If it's already enabled, disable it and enable it again. Select "test console streaming" now.
