Problem to complete purchase on xbox one

i have aproblem to complete my xbox one x purchase, a message says “We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out” appears and i contact microsoft support but the problem is still present

:)

 

Can't claim a xbox 360 game backward comp on xbox one

i am trying to claim forza horizon on xbox one. i am getting a error message that i cannot complete this purchase on xbox.com please complete the purchase on your console. the thing is i am one my console.

Like RomkaZzz said, trying the website is going to be the first step to take. What payment method are you trying to use to make the purchase? Note that you cannot use stored currency to purchase Xbox 360 games from the Xbox One. The only way to use that
is going to be through the Xbox 360 console itself. Also, if your account is a child account, some purchases may be restricted as well.

If you've tried all the above (and your account is not a child account) and you still can't purchase, post back with the game title in question and we'll see what we can do.
