    Problem to acess Xbox live


    I changed my account to adult, and when I connect to xbox live it appears ... The account microsoft of your parents or guardian is not valid. Quick You must choose a different account to manage your xbox profile.

    What do I do to reconnect to xbox live?

    Error 801540B7 cannot re-download profile (Não é possível baixar o perfil)

    Don't work. I deleta any corrputed file, delete my gamertag and try again many many times... CODE 801540B7 after try download my profile.

    The xbox live connection works proprer and my others 4 profiles can acess the xbox live (is not a connection problem).

    This problem is a microsoft server... -_-
