I'm afraid the only option is that you will need to contact Xbox Support by Phone or Microsoft Chat Support via
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

The console may be having issues that need repairing. If it is not an annoying sound and not hindering the operation of the console you should probably just give it some time. It may just be an odd sound that doesn't affect the console at all. If that
is not the case you should contact support and set it up to be repaired. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Is your One X upgraded with last sistem update ?

There was a previous R E game that had that sistem... Outbreak . Hell you were exposed to the virus already, if you lay down the infection would grow faster.

I love this sistem, now if we could do something about the MP lag
