Problem sigining in on dashboard

While on the dashboard, I can't get to the sign-on portion. I can click on Sign In or hit the home button on the controller btu all the screen with do is just dim a little.

Anyone run into this?

Can't redeem 3 month gold prepaid card due to account being suspended

i tired sigining in out and testing the connection, i t did nothing, whenever i try o redeem the card it gives me the rorr, also my account still has my old credit card on it and it wont let me remove it even though i canceled it and paid for everything

 

Problems with Dashboard audio

I seem to be having some problems with the audi on my Xbox One's dashboard. If I select an app or play a game there seems to be no issue however any video I watch off the dashboard or even the clicking sound you get when selecting something there is no audio. I see that there is a service announcement up for some Live functions on MS's website but do not really see anything about this particular issue. Any advice?

 

I have the same issue, cant access home menu/return to dashboard after entering a game, unable to access console settings etc.

screen just dims when using the home button.

 

Have you found an answer fro this at all or hear of anything. It doesnt appear to be a console issue. I haven't called customer support yet.

Still haven't found a solution.

 

I got mine to work. Unplug the power cord to the pwr brick so its off for 10 seconds+, then plug back in, wait 10 seconds+, start up the machine and mine worked. I also found this youtube video (
) to do a factory reset, so I coud have tried to reinstall my account. I found this because I also could not get to the settings page as well to delete my account.
