Problem retrieving reward

I am having problem retrieving a redeemed reward as the email that was associated to my account I no longer have access to. I updated my email but when I attempt to resend the reward, it continues to go to the old email.

I am having problem retrieving a redeemed reward from Bing Rewards as the email that was associated to my account I no longer have access to. I updated my email but when I attempt to resend the reward, it continues to go to the old email.

This is the third "link" I've been referred to about how to get this worked out

Make sure your creating it on your HDD and not a different memory device.
