    states this product is installed but when you press play it directs you to the see in Microsoft Store button, press that and it takes you back to the screen youve just come from. can someone please help me use games i have purchased online and with codes??

    Hi.

    i need some advice on how to retrieve game save data and achievements on a replacement console,had console replaced for controller issues,need to know how to get back all the game data etc,on a shared account.

    If it's an Xbox One, you would just need to sign into the account. As long as the account was on Live, saves are automatically saved to the cloud and achievements are saved on the Xbox servers. So everything will automatically sync up when you sign into
    the account. Sign In to Xbox Live on Your Xbox One

    If it's a 360, you can still sign into the account and the achievements would still be attached. Saves would depend on where they were saved. If you had saved them to the cloud, then they should automatically sync again. Otherwise, you'd need the storage
    device you used.

    Hi!

    Be sure to use the same account used to redeem the game code.

    If it's the same, try to delete the account from the console and re-download it.

    I have the answer, the problem solves itself once the gift package is recovered in the game (in the room advancing in the story). Once the packet is retrieved the error signal no longer appears because the game no longer tries to connect to the server to retrieve it. Enjoy

    i'm a member of playfire and a heap of xbox users there have the same problem. The curious thing is that when I try to retrieve my profile it retrieves enough of it to tell me I have 3 friends online????????????? It seems that if you were connected before
    the problem you'll be unaffected.
