Problem renewing upgrade to Solitaire Premium

We received a notice that our Premium Solitaire had expired. Instructions said we should Uninstall, which we did. Then said go to Windows Store and install, which we did. We opened it, scrolled to Upgrade to Premium,and clicked on it. It told us the same
message at the very beginning, to Uninstall and then get it at the Microsoft Store. We seem to be in a loop, with no ability to order Premium. Please advise.

This is not July and I'm having the same problem with renewing the upgrade to premium for the Microsoft Solitaire Collections. It's been three days now of ANNOYING ADS EVERY GAME!!! I don't know what the problem is; whether on my end or the Store or Microsoft
or ??? I don't have a Xbox to turn to..l.just Windows 8.1 on my PC. It shouldn't be this difficult to give Microsoft money.

give us the option to upgrade. HELP

 

Same problem here. Spent a couple of hours with Microsoft support that led me ultimately to this forum. Seems the Windows 10 Anniversary update and this application have some conflict for Premium access.

It is the developer and support group for this app that really need to respond, but finding them is worse than finding a needle in a haystack. There is a facebook support page, but it doesn't appear to be updated since 2014. www.facebook.com/.../674129649275557
Good luck in making contact there.

Your other recourse with Microsoft would be to ask for refund.

I am going to give it a couple of days and see what happens.

The premium feature now shows as active on the app, so it appears to have been fixed by the developer in the past days.

Hi Nick, I was so excited by your news, I went right to computer and...same old thing. Hit upgrade, same message, uninstall, go to store and find Microsoft Solitaire Collection , install, open, TRIAGO commercial plays before I can play a daily challenge
game....Surely I am missing something? I never get a chance to pay my $9.99, and in the store it tells me I already own it. Thanks SO much. Klaus

 

I have the same problem. I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing changes.

 

Come on Microsoft, please get involved here and fix this. You are losing income and loyal customers are starting g to look for options. Not one response here from Microsoft!
