    Alright so I entered the 25-digit code for the Fotus armor that came with my Halo 5 Xbox One bundle. The system accepted it, however nothing happened and now, several days later, there are still no signs of it. I've looked around on the forums, and have
    tried all suggested methods. I just finished chatting with an online support associate, and they directed me here. If anyone has any solutions, please let me know.

    Right now I'm using a child account as I'm not yet 18, but I was wondering if I used a redeemable code for DLC that was M-rated, would I be able to do so on my child account or would I have to do so on a parent account that is on this console?

    You should have no problem downloading the content. Regardless, if your account declines the code it will remain unusued.

    Hey Dragon -

    First, navigate to the Halo 5 tile and hit the menu button and select manage game. Check the 'Ready to Install' list and if anything is there, install it. Next, load up Halo 5, and get past the main menu and splash screens, you should see an option to press
    'Y' to open REQ packs. In that menu, you should see some REQ packs you can open including some promotional ones. Your FOTUS armor should be in one of those promotional packs. If I remember correctly, I think it was "Advanced Promotional Pack" - or something
    similar.

    Give that a go and let me know if that works for you. Problem regarding redeemable code :)

    There are no issues at this time related to redeeming point codes. You may want to contact customer support regarding this issue 1-800-469-9269. They will be more efficient in processing your problem.
