    Problem regarding Pre-Order code


    I didn't recieve any confirmation codes about my pre order of infinite warfare legacy edition. I should have a beta access code and a Terminal, Zombies spaceland thing. Also Cod4 remastered campaign should be available for me now. Help please.

    Hey Sustian

    If you pre order on xbox one or xbox.com you don't need a code for the beta only people that pre ordered via stores would need this

    Once the beta is live you be able to download it using your account that you used to pre order

    PRE-ORDERED AND PAID FOR EA SPORTS FC 24 ULTIMATE IN AUGUST. YET TO RECIEVE REDEEM CODE FOR GAME RELEASED TODAY IN IRELAND

    If you pre-ordered from Xbox, the game is tied to your account and you won't receive a code to redeem. You would just install it from your Games and Apps.

    If you pre-ordered elsewhere, you would need to contact them regarding the missing code.

    If you pre-ordered a digital copy of the game from the Xbox Store, you will receive the code via your Xbox Messages within 7-10 working days of placing the pre-order.
