Problem regard to extend Gold for 3 months

Hi there. I've tried to extend my Gold account on my xBox One, but no succes. It says that Microsoft has a problem processing my payment. I've tried with 2 debit cards and no succes. In the past I was able to extend my Gold with no problems. Anyone has an
answer to this? Thank you in advance.

P.S.: Will leave a pic, maybe someone knows what is wrong

Did you tried to buy through Microsoft Store by browser? Try and see if happens the same issue.

Have you checked to see if you have a past due payment on your account here: HTTPS://account.microsoft.com/services If you have, it will need clearing first.

Look, I bought a 1 month gamepass ultimate but the time is up. The problem is I don't want the gamepass ultimate but instead I want 3 months live gold would it allow me to buy it or would it just extend the gamepass ultimate subscription by 3 months

Yes, you can extend your Gold by another 3 months, as long as it doesn't go over a total of 3 years.
