Problem redeeming and installing Xbox One game code.

I am having a similar issue - redeemed the code on Xbox.com - when I went to my Xbox One the app to install WAS under 'my games & apps' so I installed - when it got to 100% it gave me a message 'cannot complete installation' - Uninstall and try again. So
I uninstalled - and now the install is nowhere to be found on the Xbox One - tried re-entering the code and it says 'this code has already been redeemed'

I have pre ordered the game off of amazon and have already redeemed my code on the call of duty website. I then redeemed the code which the website provided on the xbox store. After redeeming the code i searched the game on the xbox store to try and install
it, and it then said that i own the game however there is no option to install it. The game is also not in my ready to install list

Now that the game is available if you redeemed the code the game will be yours to install. If not try finding that message and redeeming the code(if it hasn't expired)or you can still enjoy the game with game pass. I downloaded my copy yesterday with no
problems!

If you redeemed a code, you should be able to find the game in your "Ready to Install" section. Start from your Xbox One dashboard:

• Navigate to "My Games and Apps" on the right
• Scroll down to "Ready to Install"

If the code was redeemed properly, that is where the game will be and you should be able to select it and install it form there.

I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
