Problem recording videos

-I have a series s.

-it started happening 1 day ago.

- It was working just fine before then.

-yes i went to another game and it still happened.

-all my clips are stored and captured in my internal ssd.

-i have tried deleting the old clips to make more space but it didn't work.

If that didn't work, our best option is to perform a factory reset to refresh your console system.
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
When did this issue start to occur? Was it working fine before?
How about you record a different game, does it still have the same error?
Do you also use an external drive?

But I did four more videos

The recordings have no problem (just not shown in video)

It seems that I solved the problem myself,

the video files I recorded at the first two times in the preset video folder in C drive could have taken too many memory,

and that caused the problem,

after moving the files to D drive,

the video recorder runs well.
