    Problem purchasing GTA 4 to my Xbox one from the Microsoft store


    When I try to buy GTA 4 for my Xbox one from the Microsoft store it says “Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox.” But I’m purchasing the game from my Xbox,What exactly is that supposed
    to mean?

    Problem purchasing GTA 4 to my Xbox one from the Microsoft store

    When purchasing 360 xbox bc games for xbox one you should keep two things in mind:

    1) You region account should match your location region

    2) You should have a valid method of payment linked to your account (like credit card or paypal)

    GTA Whale Shark Card not showing up

    We also have the same problem, my son has an XBOX ONE X and purchased the Whale card through microsoft store and it was this one:

    GTA Online: Whale Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S).

    Does this mean he has purchased one that isn't compatible with his ONE X machine? The currency hasn't shown up in his balance almost 24 hours now.

    We have placed a refund request via microsoft, But how do we purchase the correct one that is compatible?
