    Chcąc zapłacić telefonem za EA Access, pokazuje mi że ta opcja płatności została już dodana do konta i nie mogę nic dalej zrobić. Jak zapłacić tą opcją za to?

    Exactly i'm trying to pay for EA Access by the phone. When I try to pay it shows me a window where I see payment options. I choose option "by phone". Next, it tells me to add my phone number (which i have added). How can I pay for that with that number I've
    added to my account?

    Try this:

    • Log into Support.Xbox.com
    • Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
    • A new window will pop up
    • Type in contact Support - you will receive different options, such as:
      • Message with an Xbox Gamer
      • Call me back
      • Ask the Community

    Hi Darken,

    What is it showing you on the screen after adding and selecting the option to pay by phone? Do you get an error, do you not see the "Buy" option?

    It's possible that your number or phone company is not compatible with this service and you will have to pay with a debit/credit card, pre-paid gift card, or PayPal.
    My number is compatible becasue I paid for Game Pass with that.

    After click, it tells me to add "new"(I think new) number. When I type my number it shows a message "Payment is already added", so question is how can I pay with that?

    Btw, when I type other numbers from same operator it shows me same message. Operator is PLAY from Poland.
