Problem processing payment for Xbox Game Pass

I'm tearing my hair out over this, and I hope someone can offer some advice, since there appears to be no other way to contact support: When purchasing an Xbox Game Pass subscription on Windows 10 through the Microsoft Store, it simply says that there is
a problem with the payment, and that I should contact support. I am on Windows 10, I have verified my Microsoft account with a code sent to the email, the payment method is correct and I have enough funds to complete the transaction. When I go to the 'Billing'
section on my Microsoft Account page, the centre of the screen (where i assume something was meant to pop up) displays a loadig circel and then fades to white.

I can't post an more specifics, because the error message just told me to contact support...

Thank you for replying so quickly, it certainly eases my frustration! I verified my billing address, and unfortunately it was the same as my payment card - I'll get on the phone to Xbox support right away. Thanks again for your help

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sometimes this issue can occur if the billing address listed in your Microsoft account doesn't match up with the address information on the card that you may be wishing to use for payment. If you've
already verified that they do match up after logging into your Microsoft account to

manage your payment options, then you may simply need to request a call back from Xbox Support so that they can assist you. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this.
When you go to Contact Usto request a callback, follow these
steps:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One
Step 2 ----Select See other options
Step 3 ----Select topic
Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"
Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you. You may need to switch up topics, etc. until you get the option to request a call back.

I am sorry for bad phrasing. I tried to buy it via internet browser on my PC, and yes, I tried on Xbox marketplace. It seems like only Rock Band 4 DLCs are supproted right now?

If you made a successful purchase with the same card that is now being rejected, it is possible that the problem is with your bank, therefore it is advisable to contact your payment provider to solve this problem.
