Problem playing Black ops online

Im playing Black Ops 1 on my X1 through backwards compatability and when i try to play online i get the message "This profile is not allowed for xbox live". Im currently a gold member and im able to play other games online. Any help would be great thanks!

XBox live verbindung

Auf der Startseite und bei anderen SPielen geht es online aber wenn ich black ops 2 spiele bricht die verbindung ab . Bitte helft mir. Das Problem kam trat am 17.Feb um ca.5 Uhr auf.

same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!

Sorry to hear about that. Let's try having you clear your Xbox 360 local storage from your Xbox One console directly. Starting from your Xbox One dashboard:

Open the 'Guide' menu

Scroll down to 'Settings'

Select 'All Settings'

Scroll down to 'System'

Select 'Storage'

Choose 'Clear local Xbox 360 storage'

Give that a try and let us know how it goes!

Just an update to whats happening. WEIRD. I can try the game in my sons xbox in the living room with this error message. I then take that same game upstairs to my old xbox360 premium, recover his gamer tag on it and the game works fine, as advertised.
That has seriously mithed me. The problem has to lie within the new xbox but i havent a clue where? Ive tried recovering his gamer tag on the new xbox but that doesnt seem to fix it either. Any more idea??
