Discus and support problem on ww2 xbox one in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; since 1st january when i launch ww2 i ve got the beginnig with activision ,then i press A to pass and i v got a black screen and the music but still on...     COD World at war 2

    WaW is the best of the series by far, and the last one i purchased, would def buy another WW2 one

    Modern warfare is way more overdone then WW2 ever was

    Hoping Battlefield goes back to WW2 at some stage also

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    Hey there, tjmull!

    Seems to me that your console had experienced some kind of problem or interruption while it was updating that game.

    A power cycle as stated in the previous post is a great troubleshooting step for a controller that is not syncing.

    If your console still crashes when you launch the game though, I would suggest trying the steps here on “My Xbox One game won’t start or freezes
    during gameplay    ” to resolve that.

    If that doesn't help, make sure you have all your sign in info for the accounts on your console and wifi, and try a soft reset where you keep your games and apps, as outlined in

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

    Give those troubleshooting steps a try and let us know if that helps with the issue
