    problem on series s


    for the past few days, my xbox series s which is on while the tv isnt, turns itself off randomly.

    There is no overheating and the turn off isnt instant, its like a ghost is pressing the xbox button on my console to turn it off (not a horror story )

    please help cuz im not able to download my games overnight.

    Yeah before getting the series x i had the series s with the same problem i tried to reset the console on the series s not on the x. On the series s it didn't work

    Yes. I have a Series-X and two Series-S ( have 8 grandkids who love to play when they visit). No problems with the Series-S at all
