problem on my account

When I go to https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards see the message "Your account needs updating to make a deposit!". All of my billing info is correct, region is United States, but I am still
receiving this error everytime.

When I scroll further down https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards, I see the message"

"Account Status:

Attention Needed

Your deposits aren't going through! Please ensure the

billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce

account is correct by clicking the button below. If it is,

please create a post in our support forum here."

Please advise what I should do next. Thank you.

Question about sharing Destiny on two different 360s

I plan on buying Destiny and my friend is gonna download it from me. Apparently, if you wanna play Destiny on another console on your account, you have to be signed on at all times on the account that purchased it, where as if you wanna play it on the console that you purchased Destiny on, you can sign on any accounts no problem to play it.

Now this is just what I heard, but I'm confused because my friend managed to download other games from me that I had purchased and play it without any problems. She had to sign onto my account to download it, but once she was finished, she could hop back onto her account and play it with no problems.

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?

In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

I hope they start getting to these. Seems there are several who received the email. I'd just as soon have my points transferred to Microsoft rewards
