problem of connecting to my profile on Xbox one

hello following the problem of connecting
to my profile on Xbox one (the problem or we can not connect to the live without our profile is disconnected) with the help of an advisor Xbox was able to find a solution that worked for
me ..

here is the procedure to follow:

1 - connect you to your live box with your pc then search the network parameter tab using the right and left arrows then go to network
and on the IPV6 tab, uncheck the box to be rated ipv6 then save, then made BACK and press
on the right arrow to access the assistance and troubleshooting tab and restart the live box

2 - now go to your Xbox to remove your profile from the console, to go into the settings then profile and remove a profile, once it
is off the console

3-- now redip number 1 for this time reactivate the IPV6 without forgetting to restart the live box once the box IPV6 recheck

4-- return to your Xbox and add a profile using your email address and password

5-- once your count recover this should work, good games to all ()

Also, I tried connecting my profile to an Xbox One, and it worked, so the only problem is the Xbox 360. I just don't know what to do.

xbox live frequently disconnecting

Yes i have tried connecting my xbox to my modem and the problem persisted. The problem is NOT my internet. I downloaded my profile onto the xbox that isn't affected by the disconnecting and the problem persisted on that console. However when signed in on
any other profile there wasn't a problem.

Glad to hear your issue is resolved. I'd recommend you post this to the Networking Hardware Information forum section, and label it as a "[Guide]…" including your network hardware make and model as well as the ISP you have. Might make it easier to find

I have the same problem and i resolve using wifi connection and no Ethernet cable.

I think that all of you have a cable connection.

With wifi connection Xbox download 360 information, then you are able to download your 360 profile. Try more time if don't start immediatly.

But if you return to use Ethernet cable the problem come back and is not possible connect your profile to internet.

This have no sense, the Xbox one is connect, my Xbox 360 use an Ethernet connection and go online with no problem.

But my 360 profile on Xbox one need only a wifi connection??

I already explane this thing in this forum, but no one of ms support give me a response.

I think I'm seeing the same problem that IP6 reported. I don't have a Kinect. My Xbox has multiple profiles - one (mine) is an xbox live profile and the others, for my wife and kids, are local/offline profiles. When my xbox turns on, if I login to my
xbox live profile, everything connects no problem. When my xbox turns on, if I login to one of the local/offline profiles I immediately get an error about not being able to connect and it asks me to test the network (which also works without any problem).
This is very annoying! Is there a solution yet?

I having the same problem im signed into my profile and it wont connect to xbox live but when im not signed in it connects.
