    Good evening here is I contacted the customer service of Microsoft because I have a problem with my helmet(headphones) Xbox one he asks me to send back(to dismiss) him(it) but I do not know if I send back(dismiss) at the same time the accessory which connects
    with the lever and the cable somebody he can tell me if I send back(dismiss) him(it) with?

    This certainly is peculiar since its telling you to be on your xbox to make the purchase...which you very clearly are. I would recommend rebooting your modem and power cycling the xbox to rule out any oddball glitches, and if it persists reach out to customer
    support as they'll be best suited to assist you on this matter.

    I worked around this issue by going to settings/system/clear local saved games. The app is currently working just fine for me once again.
