Thanks for coming to the forums. There are two options here:

1. Will need to try and figure out the email and password as you need a parent account to change the settings.
   
2. On the child account you can try and leave the family. Once left then try and add to another parent account.

If you are still having issues you can request a call from support as they are able to see things on the account. They will be able to assist you further.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Since it's a subscription (EA access), it's asking for a bank card / debit card so it can set up the option to have "auto-payment / reoccurring payments".

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see if they can make that subscription purchase for you. It's worth a shot.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Eignetlich hat der Microsoft-Account doch nur was mit XboxLive zutun oder?

Wenn ich den jetzt löschen würde dann würde doch der Gametag und die Fortschritte bestehen bleiben, da die Fortschritte doch auf dem Gametag gespeichert sind oder?
