If you are having login issues, you need to make sure that you have an Xbox Live Gamertag (Xbox Live profile) made with your Microsoft Account by logging into https://account.xbox.com/ or
any of the Xbox apps on Windows 10 PCs or mobile devices. Once you have a Gamertag made, restart Minecraft and try logging in again with your Microsoft Account that now has an Xbox Live Gamertag associated with the account. You can also download the
Xbox app on your mobile device and login to the app with the same Microsoft Account credentials. Once you are logged into the app, double-check that you see a Gamertag (username for Xbox Live) and then close or quit Minecraft on your PS4. Restart your PS4
to make sure and then try logging in again after restarting your PS4 and Minecraft.

Once you have a Gamertag and you are still having log in issues, then go into the Minecraft Store in-game and into the texture pack section. Search for "Bedrock" Pack and install it, it should be free. If you can't find that specific pack, others
state that downloading any of the other free texture packs should also work. Users have reported that downloading the free Bedrock texture pack, or any free texture pack, allowed them to log in. On that same thread, I found another solution that could help you. Quoted from the thread, "So what you have to do is (on your playstation)

1. click on settings

2. click on storage

3.click in system storage

4.click on saved data

5.click on minecraft

6. then you should have two “saved data” boxes from the new minecraft update....next you will have to delete both of them

7. open your game and it should not give you the message anymore and it should let you sign in"

Give all of that a try and then let us know if anything helped!

Hello, unfortunately there is still a problem logging in to ps4 in Minecraft. Can I log in to the Microsort account via the account I have on ps4, or is it not possible. Regards.

Due to high capacity of uses playing online now, it's causing issues.

That with several other games. So it will take time to have these issues resolved.

I've already tried that and it sadly didn't work. Thanks for the suggestion though.
