Discus and support problem is that picture gets black for 1-2 seconds several times during onlinegames.. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i have a new Xbox one 1tb , when i play online fifa 17 Picture turn black for 1-2 seconds. i have restart and do factory reset and problem still is not...     i have a new Xbox one 1tb , when i play online fifa 17 Picture turn black for 1-2 seconds. i have restart and do factory reset and problem still is not solved...

    Momentary Black Screen While Gaming

    The problem I am having is the following: When playing a game the screen will go black for 1-2 seconds at a time. During this time the game is still playing and I can hear the audio running in the background. The game is not freezing just losing video. Any
    thoughts. I am getting ready to try a couple initial troubleshooting steps.

    I am having the same issue with my sony tv sony-kdl-37s5500 the same one mentioned previously....

    The problem for me seems to be limited to viewing from a connected laptop and on my Xbox one through HDMI. The picture momentary cuts to black for a split second and can be seen demonstrated in this post;

    I tried these 2 solutions but still not working... Actually before getting the black screen,"Loki" was to say something (this happened 2 times with me), but recently (in last several times) he's not saying anything! Even I had uninstall the game, power cycle
    and reinstall, he's not saying anything.. and of course the same problem of black screen.
