Problem installing Slime Rancher on PC

So, first try to clean the cache of the store:

1. Type CMD in the search bar;

2. Right-click Command Prompt and click Run as administrator;

3. At the Command Prompt screen type wsreset.exe and press Enter;

Wait for the process to finish, the store will open, when it opens you close and restart your PC.

If that does not work:

First, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

Then try this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

If it still doesn't work:

In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC and try again.

Thank you very much for the suggestions! The second fixed my issue. I didn't see any option to do a "restore" on gaming services but doing the repair was enough. After that the game installed and is working.

Slime Rancher 2 launch date, time, and how to play early (usatoday.com) This was the website I found at least saying it would be available to play at 12:01 am and could be pre-installed.

I'll check out Slime Rancher.
