Problem installing Fallout 4. Error Code 0x87e00064. Can't get past 5%

I have been having major problems getting this game to install. I have a new copy of the game purchased today. I have tried all of the solutions mentioned on the Support page here - Error Installing Xbox One Game
but nothing so far has worked. All help is appreciated.

when it installing up to 63% then it stop then it came up with a error code 0x87E00064

Hi!

Can't intall Halo 5. Download always stop at 5% with the error code above (0X87E00064). I have tried several times since to days.

If the solutions on that guide aren't working, have you tried possibly exchanging the disc for a new one to see if that helps?

Then i try to install Forza 6.

What is the error code you get?

So it's the Fallout 3 code that gives you the error? Did Fallout 4 download correct or did that also have problems?

Mine installs to 50% then says error code 0x87e00064. It says the game might be damaged or broken, but this is my 2nd copy brand new
