Problem in xbox live rewards registration

It takes us up to 96 hours to receive any new information. Since you only created your account yesterday, we do not have all the information for your account, and cannot begin your registration. You will have to wait 96 hours for us to receive all your new

We do not see any previous registration attempt before your successful registration two days ago. Since you were not a member until recently, those purchases were not eligible for Rewards. Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. From our

You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.

Once you turn 13 you'll be able to join. There is no way to join before then.

Since you were not a Rewards member, you were not eligible for any Rewards. From our FAQ:

We see that you registered into the program yesterday. After this registration is fully processed (this should take 2-4 days), you will be a Rewards member, and your activity after this registration will be eligible for Rewards.
