    Hello!,I have an Xbox One and until recently everything was fine with the console, in an update of this there was a problem, in step 1 of 3, the update is discharged in about 3 minutes, I notice something strange but followed updated, in step 2 of 3 all
    well , but in step 3 of 3, in applying the update, this does not advance of 3% has so several hours and decided to disconnect the console, when connecting again, the installation followed and stay "right", until it came back the interface that had to update,
    therefore, not updated correctly, eh sought help and eh found something to help me, I hope your answer, thank you.

    Problem with the update

    Run an ethernet cable for the time being. Download the update on the wired connection and once it's up and running, disco the cable, connect to the wireless network you're after and you should be ready to rock n roll! Let me know if this helps!

    Problem with the update

    i just hooked my Xbox One S up for the 1st time. I connected it to my wifi and when it to get the needed update, it says "There is a problem with the update". Aftet that I have two options, try again or check network connection. I have tried again several
    times and gotten the same message. When I check my network connection I have to renter my password every time like it isn't remembering it. It is in the exact same spot that my original One sat and everything else in this house, including the One in the bedroom,
    isn't having any problems with my network. I have already reset my router and that did nothing. I'm not willing to run a cable to an Xbox that I just spend almost $500 on. Do I need to return this?

    Can you please try and carry out an
    offline update     on your console using
    this guide     to see if will help with getting the update to install on your console.

    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
