problem in the store and account with Gears of War 3

Hi.

It is a code for Gear fo war 3, I purchased a console that included codes for the 5 games, but that its the only one with the problem.

Those codes usually work, what country store are you trying to redeem against? Is the Gears of War 3 game available in the store in your country?

Go to you microsoft account and then click on the three dots at the top. You should then receive this tab

After
you receive this tab, click Payment and billing and proceed to click Order History. After you are redirected you should use the filter menu at the top to fit the criteria or time around which you purchased the content. (You should see this)

also if you dont see your content you purchased it may be on another account.

Gears 3, gears 2, gears 1 and judgment came with gears 4 as codes, so thy aren't in the order history. Only gears 3 has the problem. This is the gears forum, with many people having the same problem:

It's a xbox store glitch or bug.

I bought the game of gears of war 3 on xbox one a long time ago and today when I enter my library of games I can not find it, so I go to the store to see if they did not remove it and ask me to buy it again

That is happening to me and my brother's account; and he has his own console. This is so frustating. I contacted both xbox and epic support, and no solution.
