It's an 8gb Radeon RX 580. I've had a look in the Radeon Software but can't see any settings that would be limiting the framerate.

yes i already tried the troubleshooter but with no luck. I used the controller with my old graphics card (Radeon RX 580) and didnt have the problem. I dont know if it has something to do with the card change or if its just bad timing.
