PROBLEM IN MICROSOFT JACKPOT GAME: I BOUGHT 68.000 POINT, THEN THE GAME CRASH AND THE POINT ...

Hi, i'm italian so i'm sorry if my english is not very good. I will try to explain you:

I have Windows 10.

I download the xbox game Microsof Jackpot and i had bought a lot of points and all went ok.

Suddendly, in 5th october i bought 48000 points for the microsoft game jackpot. The order number is 88a7ccd6-dddc-4962-b2df-bf9e7cd5356c

9,89 € VAT included. the operation was succefolly concluded, but after some second, the game crash, and when i restart the game the 48000 point were disappeared.

Then, in 10th october i bought 20.000 points (order number 9e3181d0-92b2-41a5-9f88-148f6c16c339) 4,89 € Vat included, and it happened exactly the same thing: and the 20.000 points desappear.

Then i had contact 2 times the xbox italian support (chat) and they told me that i have to contact windows support. I had contact 1 times the windows support (chat) and 1 time the forum windows support, and they told me that i had to contact you.

I hope sincerally that finally here i can solve my problem: i ask the refund of the money, or the 68.000 points in my game account.

FIFA EUFA 2012 ADD-ON CRASHES ALL THE TIME!

Hi, I bought yesterday for 1800 microsoft points the ADD-ON of EUFA 2012 for the game FIFA 12. But i am so frustarated that when I start the game it still CRASHES all the time! Is there a way to get my points back or help me fix this problem.. The EA told
me that i must contaxt XBOX support.
