problem in efootball 2023

I recently started to go into efootbal but when i done installed it, when launched it , a box appear said that something went wrong, try again later . Without any explaination or solution. I searched for articles about this error and try all, include solution from microsoft but still, there is no way to launch the game. Can someone help me with this sotuation?
