problem in download game on the Xobx one

I have problem, I buy game from amazon when I try to redeem on the console it didn’t work and I try to do it on the web site and its work but I can’t down load it on the console, I try everything with the support, I sign out and sign in again, I
try to remove the account from the console and even I try to rest the console to the default and it didn’t work.


The support lady told me she will contact the game support and will come back to me but nothing happened. On the order, the game already in my account

Hi sory if this is the wrong place to but this but I cant find the anwser anywhere.

Can I Buy a xbox 360 game on xbox.com and have it show up to download on my xobx one if its on the backwards compatibel list?

When are you trying to redeem the code telling you that it is invalid or has it been redeemed?

Verify in your
order history that if the code has already been redeemed.

If the code is incorrect, contact the seller to replace it.
