    Problem gscore achievements unlocked


    Hello,

    I play to Halo Spartan **** on my iPad with my xbox live account connected. I unlocked several achievements in this game. I can see achievements unlocked on my Xbox One, xbox app and xbox live account on the website BUT I still see 0/250 gscore for this
    game and I don't know why.

    Can you help me ?

    Since that is not a reward program issue, this is the wrong forum. You may want to try posting in the Games forum or Halo forum for assistance.

    Hey there -

    Were you connected to the internet when you unlocked the achievements on your iPad? Are you able to play Spartan Assault on your Xbox One and try to unlock another achievement in the game and see if that sort of makes your other achievements "catch up" and
    recognize that they've been unlocked?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help and tips, for the moment same problem but I have more informations.

    I try to follow the steps of your link. I uninstalled the game from the iPad and reinstall. I lost my backup of course Problem gscore achievements unlocked :(, I tried to unlock again some achievements but nothing. I can't play to my Xbox one only on iOS. I think I unlocked these achievements
    disconnected to Xbox live because I can see in my Xbox live account "Unlocked offline" without date. I think it's a synchronisation problem between my game and the Xbox servers but I don't know how to fix it... I precise that I was connected to the Xbox live
    when I tried to unlock again the achievements. Any ideas?

    problem when watching games in profile

    There was a Issue with achievements like said before however this problem should have resolved itself do you have a second account that you could try and unlock some easy achievements on to see if it is a xbox error or the account
    just isn't registering them.
    Thank you! very good idea. I will create an account and check that the profile is updated.

    Punctuation problems is not because I add them to the GScore, it's a problem to appear.
