problem getting the Microsoft rewards points for STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN...

so I pre ordered the STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN.

game, while it worked right, I noticed two things one is that the release date was not showing up but now it is showing on the microsoft store for it under my xbox one x, also

I do not seem to be getting the points from Microsoft Rewards on xbox app , this game is already owned but that green box for the +6000 points is not green, the first box is show as green the activate punch card is green but the Get Stranger of Paradise FF origin is not green at all for its completed box. I have order it around

information from my accounts order history on it. so its been over 14 days, since I order it so I don't think I should try the refund option to reorder it for the +6000 bing search points, I wanted the points with the game, but somehow the Microsoft rewards app is not giving me the points, it says I have 20 days left to complete it, but I can't do so since I already own the pre order for this game. its downloaded the 33.8 GBs to my xbox one x console at this time.

also it has a spinning circle when I click on it under the Microsoft store, since last console update for Xbox one x, maybe a bug in the store not sure or its our home internet having problems not sure again what's causing that, since it shows owned and is under my game & apps on my system, for some reason its maybe our home internet but its not loading the buy or download options that way, but my console system has the game already downloaded which should be access 72 hours early on march 15. below is a copy and post from my account history for this item, which I ordered on Feb. 18. anyway I maybe did something wrong or its just a bug that not allowing me to get the +6000 points, which I would of used to get Microsoft gift card with the points, I wanted to ask if you could get me the points it should of done since its not working correctly, or maybe I just have to built more points up when searching bing, in any case, I don't plan to cancel it or try to since again its been more than 14 days since I order it plus I want to play the game once its released so I maybe have to call the +6000 a loss since again its simple not giving me the two green box's needed for them to add to my Xbox console's account. I took this screen shot under Microsoft edge in Linux arch version, I am dual booting it on my desktop with Windows 11 at this time. Linux the edge browser seems to run faster than my windows 11 otherwise I would of posted this under windows 11 not that it matters since either way it has nothing to do with the fact that Microsoft rewards is not giving me the +6000 points yet for my pre order of the STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN, anyway I removed the image of Microsoft history items etc.. since person wrote since I pre ordered it around Feb they claim that its not for the same games points, again that's not how the punch card words it, that any purchase made within the march time frame is valid, again it not worded that pre orders before march are not valid, so I question that wisdom a bit, sorry, anyway either way I guess I am not getting the points, unless I try the refund process even thou its been over 14 days, I don't plan too but that may be a option for anyone else not getting there +6000 points for this game, to use with Microsoft gift cards or amazon ones, I used bing search for both of these at times.
