Problem getting free xbox 360 games on XBONE

Hello there!

I'm having problems with adding games to my game library from xbox360 games on xbox one. When I try to add game "MX vs ATV Reflex'', It pops up

''Sorry, Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.""

Why so? I am Xbox Live member, my credit card is verified on xbox.com, and my region is allowed to get games.

It all started last month when i was unable to get Mirrors Edge, and now its the same thing for this game.. What could be the problem?

license transfer interruption Enquiry

I just wanted to find out something in regards to a license transfer on the 360 with whether or not it will interfere with the xbone due to the six month policy.

So there's two xbox 360 consoles in this house hold, and one XBONE that we share. i've transferred a game one the 360 within the last six months. My main problem is that i've purchased a game on the XBONE that we share and I'm now getting my own XBONE and
im aware that its possible to transfer on the xbone, but do i have to wait for the six month period to end before i can transfer on the XBONE?

 

Cannot download the free 360 games for gold from Xbox ONE

i have a similar problem...i simpply cant buy the free 360 games from the web and my xbone. i get a message saying i got no paying method...regardless of the game being FREE..sigh

 

Hi, have you tried getting the game from xbox.com? Some Xbox 360 games cannot be purchased from the Xbox One. Here is the link for the game

I had the same problem the best thing that you could do is go onto xbox sign in on your profile and download the free games that you know of they are now on the store if u manage to find them
