    Problem getting achievement (Mass Effect Legendary Edition)


    I have a problem with the game on the Xbox. I completed two games (Mass Effect Legendary Edition) at the maximum difficulty level to get the achievement "Insanity 2". But I didn't get the achievement. What's the matter? I didn't change the difficulty level of the games

    I don't have a solution to this but I also had this problem. Additionally I didn't get my achievement for romancing someone in mass effect 2, even though my import into mass effect 3 states that I romanced someone.

    I found a probable solution for this from a user who experienced it.

    If you have a save before the Saren fight in ME1 you can load that save and redo the Saren fight and it should pop sometime during the following sequence.

    Did you change the difficulty to Insanity on ME1 as soon as you had control of your character? You need to do that in the in game options.

    That's the only thing i can think of as i had no issues unlocking all 3 of the Insanity playthrough achievements.
