Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue with the error. We recommend trying to download the game directly from the store. Make sure you are logged into the profile on the store page. Here are also

steps to fix the error 0X00000001. We recommend doing these only if you are comfortable as it asks to reformat.

I'm having the same exact issue. Every game I try to download gives me "Error code: 0x00000001". I've made sure both the app and my PC are up to date.

I'm having the same problems. For instance I can't download Halo Wars: Definitive Edition. Every time I try it immediately stops and gives me error code 0x803f8001.
