Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events that placed you over the 5000 pending Credit amount required for an automatically scheduled deposit occurred around the beginning of the month, those Credits will be a part of the upcoming end of month deposit.

Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been disabled.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

You can see a record of all your Credit and Deposit events from the MyStatement section of the MyRewards page. There you will see that your payback for April is currently pending. Since your purchases in May either went towards the Rebel Rewards offer or
Retro Rewards, and you did not complete those offers, you did not receive Credits that month. We have not calculated June's MyVIP payback. MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole, as stated in our FAQ:

Anyone had this problem with Loseta reward ? I always did choose the templar reward and nothing appears in my inventory. I tried 5 times and no reward.

I have solved the problem, I had the membership but the game I was trying to get rewards for recently started getting rewards from EA rewards so I was simply unaware until I got my reward. The problem is solved but thank you for your help, have a good day.
