    Problem! EA Access 12 month subscription: "Try the same again. Our system occurred error..."


    Trying to buy EA Access 12 month subscription. It tell's (freely transalated) "Try the same again. Our system occurred error. The small waiting can help." The same has been going on for three days.

    The order was not successful via a web browser (Firefox, Chrome, and Edge), Xbox One (first complained because the language was not Finnish, after language change "try the same" ... message again) or the phone's browser.

    Xbox One does not get properly even in the choice of payment method. In other notification will come only after the payment is selected. Form of payment had no impact on the outcome.

    Is there something I can do? Or is it just to try find what support to contact... and under what this even belong.

    I also am having the same problems as OP (US). I am able to claim the EA Access but Spotify Premium and Discord Nitro, I can't gain access to the QR Code without getting the "An error occurred. Please try again later."

    Exact same issue, i have tried renewing the same Xbox live 12 month subscription code multiple times and get "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

    Problem purchasing 12 month EA Access subscription.

    According the the EA Livechat "Advisor" this is a Microsoft issue and they aren't that interested in getting it fixed because people are buying the 1-month subscription essentially at double the price so it's more money for them. Seeing as the Xbox One Store
    is the ONLY place where you can buy this, I think it's wrong that we are being passed back and forth between EA and Microsoft without resolution of this. Somebody needs to man up and take responsibility for this and provide us with credit for being forced
    to spend double the money we would normally would.
