    Problem downloading The Force Unleashed


    Hello, I am trying to download Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, which is currently free for people with Xbox Live Gold but I am getting this error: "Sorry Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." I currently have an active Xbox Live
    subscription and I though this game is backwards compatible on Xbox One ?

    That particular error can occur if your Xbox Live account region doesn't match your current physical location. If you aren't sure, you can run your Xbox Live account through the
    migration tool. Be sure to select the region that matches your physical location. Once you do that, try obtaining the game again and it should work.

    Thanks, are you physically located in the UK as well? If the game has not been officially released in the country you're physically located in, or if the country is not on our supported regions list
    HERE. We can't guarantee 100% compatibility and that all services will work.

    As Mr mascot mentioned it's not what your account is set to

    It's your physical region and account region has to.match
