Problem downloading some free games

I have tried this already it did not work.

Hey, a lot of people are having problems downloading at the moment. Some peoplet get stuck at almost full completeion, others are stuck at a complete download that then won't install properly. Or at least that's how it appears. All these problems seem
to be due to the extra loads being placed on the servers by all the people staying home from work and school. If they are, they sould clear up once the lockdowns are relaxed. In the meantime, all you can do is keep trying to download.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this problem installing free games. I can totally understand how this could be pretty puzzling a predicament, but I am confident we can help at least a bit. I suggest trying the steps outlined
in our support page entitled
Troubleshoot game or app installation problems on Xbox One for a start.

If that does not do the trick I would then try a
soft factory reset (the kind that keeps your games and apps installed).

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

i live in Colorado i will try the modem reset i don't know what a isp is

i can try flat out deleting the dl with one of the games but the rest of the games would cost money to download again i have tried the deleting dl way back when the problem started with the first game dead rising 2 but it had no effect i will try signing
out and clearing the cache i have the newer model the Xbox 360 s so i cant easily remove the hard drive
