Problem downloading Halo Wars 2

Hi all,

So I purchased Halo Wars 2 Complete edition. Having this game the Play Anywhere functionality, I have been able to download it on PC.

However on Xbox one, at first I was able to queue the main game and its dlcs, but I did cancel the main one while it was downloading by mistake.

After doing so, I have never been able to queue the main game anymore. Despite clicking to download on my library, it just won't show up on the queue list. The DLCs do show up, but they won't download.

I have tried doing a hard reset to the console.

I also tried deleting the local save games. But the issue persist.

I really need help, it's the only game that this happens, I was able to download Halo infinity while these issues were happening, so it must be something with my xbox one and this game.

pre ordered Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition.

Halo Wars Definitive Edition downloaded but I can't play it.

If you purchased the digital version of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition after the release, a code will not be sent out. Instead, you will be able to download the game directly through the Xbox Store on the account that digitally owns Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition
on your Xbox One console.

Try searching Halo Wars: Definitive Edition directly on the Xbox Store to download and let us know how it goes.

It appears on my xbox, Its on windows 10 i have the problem

I'm having similar issue. An update came out for Halo Wars 2. I tried to download it. After 2 attempts, the original install from months ago (I purchased pre-order when it came out), deleted itself and I had to install the full game again, about 43 GB. For
over 2 weeks now I have tried to download Halo Wars 2 again to no avail. Other games download perfectly, but Halo Wars 2 will not download - keep getting down load error code.

You're welcome and thank you for the update. In this case, we may need to reset your console keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Curious thing, I still have the dlcs in queue but not downloading at all

I'm attaching a pic where you can see the state of the game and it's downloads. The main game shows as not selected for download all the time.
