    If you mean you've been banned for marketplace theft then you would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info on your ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

    There are no phone numbers or emails to contact the enforcement team,filing for a case review is the only way.

    Until Live is supported in your region, they really don't expect you to connect to Live. The box for the console does state that Live is not available in all regions. The decision to region lock is usually based on rules and restrictions in certain areas,
    so it's not just Microsoft's decision.

    As far as games, that would also be a publisher decision and can be restricted for the same reasons. The only thing I can suggest is to buy online.

    Those decisions are made due to local laws and government restrictions. It really has nothing to do with the size of the country.

    The account restrictions have no bearing on this problem. The problem persists with any setting, including wide-open adult accounts.
