    que dois-je faire svp???

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. there is nothing wrong with the console connecting with traditional IPv4 communications protocol.

    For Xbox One to connect to the Internet using IPv6, your home router needs to have IPv6 enabled, and your Internet service provider must support IPv6. Check out this link to find out all info relating to

    IPv6 on Xbox one.

    Aside from that, are you receiving any error codes or messages when connecting your network to xbox one?
